Exchanges or returns must be made within 21 days of purchase date for an exchange or refund.  Due to nature of the products and hygiene, merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.  Purchases of gift cards and sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely along with the receipt of purchase.  Affix return label on the outside of package.  Using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance is recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once return package is received, confirmation will be sent via email.  Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of confirmation email for your account to be credited.  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.   Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
